🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Athletic Therapy, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, or Physiotherapy with Montreal registration or eligibility.
- Minimum 12 years in musculoskeletal rehab in high-performance/sports/arts.
- Expertise handling complex long-term injury cases with return-to-performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of injury burden metrics, recovery timelines and reintegration pathways.
- Experience leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Fluency in English (French an asset).
