- Senior-level regulatory strategy experience across multiple jurisdictions.
- Deep knowledge of payments infrastructure and money transmitter rules.
- In-house regulatory and product legal experience; minimize external counsel.
- Excellent drafting/negotiation skills in payments and financial services.
