  • Be a closer; close candidates in a competitive market.
  • Move fast; align with aggressive hiring goals and build momentum.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years recruiting at tech companies, with time on engineering roles.
  • Experience building or scaling a recruiting function, or senior IC ready to own it.
  • Hands-on; want to be in the work, not distant management.
  • Organized and fast; can run parallel searches without dropping balls.
  • Creative, relentless closer who finds new ways to win.
  • San Francisco-based and in-office 5 days a week.
