- Own full-cycle recruiting for all functions, with focus on engineering, ops, GTM.
- Build the recruiting function: plan, process, tools, branding, candidate experience.
- Lead a lean recruiting team that scales with hiring demand, ensuring efficiency.
- Partner with managers to define roles, calibrate candidates, close offers.
- Be a closer; close candidates in a competitive market.
- Move fast; align with aggressive hiring goals and build momentum.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting at tech companies, with time on engineering roles.
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function, or senior IC ready to own it.
- Hands-on; want to be in the work, not distant management.
- Organized and fast; can run parallel searches without dropping balls.
- Creative, relentless closer who finds new ways to win.
- San Francisco-based and in-office 5 days a week.
