🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Proven track record in RTR/Finance transformation and automation.
- SAP experience highly desired; exposure to other ERP and automation solutions.
- Fluent in English; strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Transformation mindset and ability to translate strategy into executable actions.
