- Lead RTR for North America, overseeing month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.
- Oversee GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Period-End close.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and SOX-compliant controls.
- Partner with FP&A, Sales, Operations and Controllership to improve reporting quality.
- Champion RTR transformation, driving automation and process excellence.
- Build and lead the regional RTR team, developing staff and capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years accounting experience, with at least 5 years in management.
- Proven track record in RTR/Finance process transformation and automation.
- SAP experience highly desired; exposure to other ERP and automation solutions.
- Fluent in English with full professional proficiency.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management.
