🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years accounting experience, with at least 5 years in management.
- Proven RTR/Finance process transformation and automation experience.
- SAP experience; exposure to other ERP/automation solutions.
- English proficiency with full professional proficiency.
- Transformation mindset; able to redesign processes and automate.
