Head of Record to Report

📋 Description

• Lead RTR activities for North America, coordinating month/quarter/year-end close.
• Oversee General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Period-End close.
• Drive transformation of RTR processes; leverage automation for speed and quality.
• Engage with BPO/outsourcing partners; champion innovation in finance ops.
• Ensure reporting accuracy per US GAAP, SEC, and SOX guidelines.
• Build and manage a regional RTR team; strengthen internal controls and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years accounting exp, with at least 5 years in management.
• Proven RTR/Finance transformation and automation experience.
• SAP experience highly desired; exposure to other ERP and automation solutions.
• Fluent in English; strong stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Ability to lead high-performance teams through significant change.
