  • Architecture, profiling, and debugging to ensure reliability of the engine
  • Define AI-driven editing foundations and GPU rendering for real-time work

  • Experience leading highly technical engine or infrastructure teams in product-driven environments
  • Strong systems-level Rust expertise (internals, memory, concurrency, performance)
  • Background building real-time engines or performance-critical libraries used by other teams
  • Excellent cross-functional communication with Product and Client teams
  • Hands-on, credible leader who stays close to the code
  • Nice-to-have: experience with rendering APIs (OpenGL, WebGL, Vulkan, WebGPU)
