🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Product Operations, TPM, or Strategy & Ops in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record mentoring managers and ICs.
Built and scaled new processes; able to navigate ambiguity.
Strong experience owning NPI, agile planning, and cross-functional launches.
Curiosity about emerging technologies; eager to leverage AI and automation.
