📋 Description

  • Design and run performance processes, including quarterly reviews and annual cycles.
  • Ensure consistent feedback quality and career development across teams.

  • Former engineering/product leader or senior TPM who moved to broader org roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern SaaS product and engineering orgs.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior tech and product leaders.
  • Proven experience improving organizational processes and execution at scale.
  • High AI literacy with hands-on use of AI tools.
