- Former engineering/product leader or senior TPM who moved to broader org roles.
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS product and engineering orgs.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior tech and product leaders.
- Proven experience improving organizational processes and execution at scale.
- High AI literacy with hands-on use of AI tools.
