- 8+ years selling into or partnering with state/local/federal government.
- Proven ability to build partnerships that produce real pipeline and outcomes.
- Experience working with sellers or carrying quota; strong pipeline understanding.
- Judgment to decide which opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs are worth pursuing.
- Deep familiarity with public-sector procurement, politics, and budgets.
- Credibility with senior government leaders; clear prep, follow-through.
