  • 12+ years in programmatic advertising or adtech with leadership.
  • Deep expertise across DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, and data-driven advertising.
  • Proven track record of scaling programmatic revenue and building teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset translating market dynamics into business plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Excellent executive communication with senior stakeholders and partners.
