- Have 8+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or delivery leadership.
- Are a proven leader of multi-market teams, with strong people leadership experience.
- Are proactive and organized, with high-volume production experience and clear plans.
- Are comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Have a strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, and delivery models.
- Are systems-oriented, focused on scalability, efficiency, and process improvement.
