- 8+ years in creative production, operations, or delivery leadership.
- Proven leader of multi-market teams with strong people leadership.
- Proactive, highly organized with high-volume production background; creates clear plans.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, and delivery models.
- Systems-oriented with focus on scalability, efficiency, and process improvement.
