• Ability to partner with Engineering, Risk, Data Science, Finance, Compliance, GTM.
• Experience building and scaling product organizations with accountability.
• Comfort with multi-year vision and detailed pricing, flows, and UX.
• Systems-thinking linking underwriting, card economics, and rewards.
