📋 Description

• Own Predict end-to-end: define strategy, roadmap, execution, outcomes.
• Run Predict’s operating system: set goals and KPIs; lead planning cycles.
• Drive Predict’s P&L: budget, forecasting, resourcing, ROI trade-offs.
• Build and scale the department: lead two pods; ensure accountability, speed, quality.
• Expand data access at scale: unlock claims, prior auth, Rx, and real-time feeds.
• Advance Predict’s intelligence layer: guide AI/ML, data eng, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership across product, strategy, or operations.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen: forecasting, budgeting, KPI design.
• Analytical and data-driven: translate dashboards into priorities.
• Experience building and scaling teams with strong people leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence; align executives.
