  • Able to hit the ground running; absorb context fast and raise the bar quickly.
  • Strong commercial instincts; think in P&L terms and quantify impact.
  • Hands-on with experimentation; run AB tests and interpret results.
  • Experience coaching PMs to improve discovery and prioritisation.
  • Experience with Statsig/Looker/Snowflake and subscription dynamics.
