  • Lead end-to-end design for onboarding, transactions, compliance and data-heavy journeys.
  • Raise the bar on craft. Product should feel precise, trustworthy and thoughtful.
  • Spend meaningful time with users: interview, test, validate assumptions, and learn what matters.
  • Prototype and iterate in Figma or code with AI tools; switch between exploration and refinement.
  • Build systems. Create the design language, interaction patterns and quality standards that scale.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure shipped product reflects the intention, clarity and cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Track record of designing products end-to-end.
  • Experience owning full journeys with clarity, efficiency or adoption.
  • Strength in interaction design, prototyping, information architecture and visual craft.
  • A systems mindset across interfaces, emails, workflows, permissions and regulatory constraints.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and finding structure in incomplete information.
  • A natural prototyper who likes to try ideas early.
