📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core EMR and AI-powered clinical workflows.

• Translate clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear interfaces for providers.
\n
• Design AI-assisted experiences that are transparent, trustworthy, and usable in care.
\n
• Use rapid prototyping and modern tooling to shorten concept-to-production cycles.
\n
• Maintain design quality through structured reviews and collaboration with Engineering.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 8+ years in product design in startup/growth environments.
\n
• 3+ years managing designers.
\n
• Experience building or evolving a design system.
\n
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products.
\n
• Comfortable at strategic and executional levels.
\n
• Healthcare design experience a strong plus.
\n
