Head of Product and Solutions Marketing

📋 Description

• Own product positioning and messaging across Juniper Square's full platform, including fund administration, investor relations, and reporting. Develop a clear point of view on differentiation and ensure it appears in publications and sales conversations.
• Build a solutions marketing function organized around three core verticals: private equity, venture, and real assets.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features; translate roadmap investments into business outcomes.
• Own the team's understanding of the ICP and translate it into the quarterly calendar, messaging framework, and assets for marketing and demand generation.
• Build and maintain a proactive enablement cadence for sales and SDRs, including talk tracks and release communications.
• Define and track PMM metrics (pipeline, win rates, sales cycle, content utilization) and use data to set priorities.

Qualifications

• 12 or more years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing at a leadership level.
• A track record of messaging and enablement programs that hold up in sales cycles with financially sophisticated buyers.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS; familiarity with fund operations, investor relations, or private markets workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale PMM programs across multiple verticals or segments.
• A genuine partnership mentality; cross-functional collaboration is essential.
• Strong writing instincts and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging.
