Head of Procurement

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement global procurement strategy and policies.
• Own end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and selection for SaaS, cloud, ad spend.
• Review vendor contracts with departments to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
• Act as strategic partner to department heads to align with needs and budgets.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives via vendor consolidation and process efficiency.
• Design and manage procure-to-pay workflows and central PO approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in procurement with SaaS, cloud, ad and indirect spend globally.
• 3+ years in a procurement leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead procurement in multinational, geographically dispersed environments.
• Track record leading complex negotiations and full contract lifecycle (SaaS, cloud, ads, indirect spend).
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing procure-to-pay workflows and global procurement policies.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and ERP (Coupa and NetSuite preferred).
