📋 Description

• Own end-to-end pricing and packaging across the product portfolio (AI-native).
• Build analytics tying unit economics, agent cost, willingness-to-pay, margins.
• Define AI-native pricing POV and market-ready constructs; adapt over time.
• Lead competitive pricing intelligence across GRC, security, and AI software.
• Build pricing frameworks, rubrics, and templates for product teams.
• Establish standards and guardrails for SKU design, validation, and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pricing/monetization for B2B software; led major pricing shift.
• Designs consumption/outcome/AI-native pricing models >$100M ARR.
• Analytical foundation: unit economics, margins, willingness-to-pay.
• Technical understanding of usage-based billing: metering, rating, entitlements.
• Partner with Billing on invoicing, dunning, true-ups.
• Pricing frameworks/tools enabling product teams to launch SKUs; cross-functional.
