• Partner with Support, CS, and Professional Services to define tech strategy and roadmap.
• Define multi-year AI roadmap for post-sales (responses, summaries, sentiment).
• Architect scalable conversational AI platforms for chat, voice, and digital channels.
• Lead automation of repetitive workflows and predictive service initiatives.
• Establish governance for responsible and secure AI deployment.
• Own the end-to-end support tech stack and system integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record leading AI adoption and scale in large orgs.
• Product management experience in IT: discovery, roadmap, delivery.
• Technical depth in post-sales platforms, data, AI, and integrations.
• Strategic leadership to drive measurable AI value.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's required; Master's/MBA preferred.
