📋 Description

• Own and execute a fully integrated public policy plan for Australia and NZ.
• Collaborate with regional and country leaders to drive policy outcomes.
• Engage senior policymakers and regulators; draft submissions and guidance.
• Design and run integrated advocacy campaigns using data, media, and partnerships.
• Lead and develop the ANZ policy team; ensure disciplined execution.
• Build coalitions with industry groups, researchers, and community partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in complex public policy/regulatory work across government and private sectors.
• Proven track record influencing regulatory outcomes; shaping statutory language or guidance.
• Direct experience in tourism, housing, urban policy, tech platforms, or e-commerce regulation.
• Experience leading in politically sensitive environments with media and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong leadership: build and develop high-performing teams; budget/advisor management.
• Strategic and analytical: translate developments into actionable guidance; design advocacy with data, coalitions.
