🎯 Requirements

Proven experience designing and operating AI training/inference infrastructure at scale.
Strong systems thinking; reason about tradeoffs in performance, cost, reliability, and velocity.
Experience leading teams in fast-moving environments with a startup mindset.
Comfort operating across layers from cloud/hardware to ML platforms and tooling.
AI biology/drug discovery experience not required; curiosity and willingness to learn.
