Head of Physical Security

📋 Description

• Develop global physical security strategy aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security team and manage third-party providers.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments across all facilities and operations.
• Oversee design/implementation of surveillance, access control, perimeter security, and intrusion detection.
• Collaborate with engineering, infra, flight ops, and HR to integrate security.
• Develop emergency response and crisis management protocols and lead incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate physical security, aerospace/manufacturing preferred.
• Expertise in risk management, incident response, and emergency planning.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarms.
• Experience leading global teams in diverse locations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPP or PSP certifications preferred.
