🎯 Requirements
- Senior leadership in Performance Marketing in a high growth B2C/e commerce or marketplace.
- Proven experience managing multi million dollar annual budgets.
- Deep knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, and familiarity with SEO/ASO.
- Proven ability to unify paid and organic channels for efficiency.
- Advanced marketing measurement including incrementality testing.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and modeling skills.
