📋 Description

  • Define core performance channels (Paid/ Organic Search, Paid Social, Display) for ROAS.
  • Turn channel data into executive financial insights with Finance & Analytics.
  • Lead continuous testing across creative, bidding, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Own annual performance marketing budget and drive growth targets.
  • Lead incrementality testing and MMM to determine ROI and guide budget.
  • Lead the PM team and partner with CRM, Partnerships & Media, and Brand/Creative.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior leadership in Performance Marketing in a high growth B2C/e commerce or marketplace.
  • Proven experience managing multi million dollar annual budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, and familiarity with SEO/ASO.
  • Proven ability to unify paid and organic channels for efficiency.
  • Advanced marketing measurement including incrementality testing.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and modeling skills.
