  • Lead the People Partners function across geographies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10–15 years as senior HR generalist with breadth across HR.
  • Experience driving performance cycles, departures, restructurings.
  • Worked across geographies; English fluent; strong French labour law knowledge.
  • Financial literacy: headcount costs, FP&A interfaces, tracking.
  • Systems thinker: build cross-cutting policies and frameworks.
  • Influence senior leaders through rigor, relationships, and recommendations.
