  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep expertise in HRIS, payroll, benefits, and HR automation.
  • Experience managing international workforce and multi-state compliance.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling abilities for exec-level reports.
  • Experience leading talent management programs (performance, succession, development) and learning.
