- 7+ years of People & Culture/HR experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in India and Thailand.
- Proven experience coaching managers and partnering with senior leaders.
- Experience with data analysis and people metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
