Head of Payment Operations

📋 Description

• Develop payments ops strategy and BI dashboards to track performance and KPIs.
• Oversee initiatives impacting payments workflows; embed ops in planning/execution.
• Partner with Product and Eng to launch new capabilities, geographies, scalable workflows.
• Own relationships with Stripe and other providers; ensure accountability.
• Manage third-party payments relationships; evaluate vendors and platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day payments lifecycle: onboarding, processing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, payouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of payment ops, card interchange, and payments design.
• Experience with pricing models (flat rate, IC+).
• Leadership and communication; drive alignment across teams.
• Strategic thinker; define processes and customer-centric payments experiences.
• Excellent analytical skills; interpret data, identify trends.
• Strong presentation skills; engage an executive audience.
