- Proven track record building and scaling product partnerships; issuing banks/ program managers a plus
- Track record partnering with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar agreements
- Broad fluency in deal structuring, product strategy, financial tradeoffs, and partner delivery
