- Strategic background; experience building ops and business processes from the ground up
- Experience in channel strategy, market analysis, and execution
- CRM, data analytics, and AI; build ops infra incl. deal registration, attribution, reporting
- Excellent relationship-building; earns trust with partners and internal stakeholders
- Bias for action; strong operator instincts; comfortable with ambiguity; scalable processes
