  • 8+ years in partnerships/BD/channel sales; 3+ years SaaS; proven scale of partnerships
  • Strategic background; experience building ops and business processes from the ground up
  • Experience in channel strategy, market analysis, and execution
  • CRM, data analytics, and AI; build ops infra incl. deal registration, attribution, reporting
  • Excellent relationship-building; earns trust with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Bias for action; strong operator instincts; comfortable with ambiguity; scalable processes
