  • Build and lead the Partner Success team from scratch, hiring first managers and defining the operating system.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of partners as a reference implementation and set the standard.
  • Decide which partners get the team\'s attention and define entry/graduation criteria.
  • Design engagement models and when proactive vs reactive engagement is warranted, plus routing and enablement.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with partners and drive adoption, references, and industry positioning.
  • Drive scalable enablement and alignment on Claude capabilities across the partner book.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10 years at software/cloud partner firms with at least 2 years leading a team.
  • Built or scaled a partner-facing team from scratch (hiring, onboarding, methodology).
  • Deep understanding of partner success in a usage-based business (adoption/retention/expansion).
  • Strong commercial instincts on partner selection and co-investment funding.
  • Experience running scalable partner enablement, or willingness to learn.
  • Technical fluency to participate in architecture reviews and Claude usage discussions.
