- 6-10 years at software/cloud partner firms with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Built or scaled a partner-facing team from scratch (hiring, onboarding, methodology).
- Deep understanding of partner success in a usage-based business (adoption/retention/expansion).
- Strong commercial instincts on partner selection and co-investment funding.
- Experience running scalable partner enablement, or willingness to learn.
- Technical fluency to participate in architecture reviews and Claude usage discussions.
