  • People leadership experience; mentor teams without micromanaging.
  • Hospitality, wellness, or luxury brand experience.
  • Executive presence; lead QBRs with senior partners.
  • Operational fluency; CAC/LTV and revenue metrics.
  • Willingness to travel 3-5x per quarter.
