- Lead Google Shopping, Google Search, YouTube, and Bing campaigns.
- Drive new customer acquisition and retargeting across web and app.

- Experiment with new products, formats, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine strategies and plan.

- 8+ years managing Paid Search with large budgets (Google Text Ads, Shopping, UAC, YouTube).
- Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads; Google Ads Editor.
- Deep knowledge of paid search management and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
- Proactive self-starter in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Hands-on leadership; growing a team from scratch is a bonus.
