• Stand up and own Graphite's Paid AEO practice, starting with ChatGPT Ads.
• Expand the practice to paid search, paid social, YouTube, and affiliates.
• Cross-sell Paid AEO into existing clients and win new business.
• Build, hire, and lead the paid team as the practice scales.
• Partner with leadership to shape strategy and positioning.
• Present strategy and results to client executives with case studies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading paid media at scale (in-house or agency) with results.
• Proven track record building a channel, function, or team from scratch.
• Strong senior executive presence; able to win and retain large accounts.
• Bias to ship with ambiguity; Paid AEO is new and lacks a playbook.
• Strong data fluency with GA, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
