📋 Description

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet targets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally with some leadership experience.
• Proven sales track record in FX or cross-border financial services.
• Experience in nurturing or mentoring very junior talent.
• Strong Financial Services experience and a contacts network.
• Experience of the local market.
• Ideally with business/finance academic background.
