🎯 Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally with some leadership experience.
Track record in FX or cross-border financial services (import/export lending, payments).
Experience in nurturing or mentoring very junior talent.
Strong Financial Services experience and contacts network.
Experience of the local market.
Ideally with business/finance academic background.
