🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years in Order to Cash or Finance Operations.
- 5+ years leading shared services, offshore teams, or BPO.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred); exposure to RPA, analytics, and AI tools.
- Proven success in standardization, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.
