🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Order to Cash / Finance Operations experience.
- 5+ years of senior leadership managing shared services, offshore teams, and/or BPO.
- Proven success in standardization, automation and AI-enabled transformation.
- Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred); exposure to RPA, analytics, and AI tools.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial and analytical acumen.
