Head of Operations & Outsourcing

📋 Description

• Assist Head of the Firm with day-to-day operations in Europe to meet objectives.
• Manage daily operations in Europe, coordinating with local/global heads.
• Ensure operating model is fit for purpose across structure, governance, people, processes, and tech.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Ensure outsourced services meet regulatory requirements and SLAs for Binance users.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with at least 10 years' relevant experience.
• Proven COO/Head of Operations in an EU-regulated firm, preferably under HCMC.
• Deep knowledge of ESMA and HCMC regulations, guidance, and reporting.
• Strong presence and ability to influence at all levels and with external stakeholders.
• Thrive in fast-paced international fintech/financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate group requirements into compliant local solutions.
