Interview team, map pain points, translate into improvements
Build and manage system documentation, SOPs, workflows, training
Work across tools: ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Pipedrive, Make, n8n
Create architecture and inter-tool automation workflows

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in operations, systems design, or product management
Proficiency with ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Pipedrive, Make, n8n
Experience managing ops across multiple teams or companies
Strong documentation; SOPs and visual workflows
User-experience mindset; thoughtful, intuitive systems
Agile/sprint-based operations experience; mentoring ops staff
