  • Report clearly on pipeline, performance, and team health.

  • 7+ years in partnerships/BD, with 2-3 years managing a team.
  • Sports, sports-tech, or SaaS background preferred.
  • Real relationships in US soccer; understand decision making.
  • Proven track record closing deals and managing long-term partnerships.
  • Experience activating partnerships in the field to build adoption.
  • Comfort using AI as a work tool to prep and gain insights.
  • Experience leading a distributed team with autonomy.
  • Ability to advocate for your market with European HQ across time zones.
