- Partner with business and risk stakeholders to strengthen the control framework.
- Drive multi-year risk-based audit plans and deliver high-quality reviews with remediation.
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in Finance, Crypto, or risk auditing roles.
- Expertise in ERM, Risk Appetite Frameworks, TPRM, Operational Risk, and Strategic Risk.
- Banking regulatory knowledge; crypto experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required (Master’s a plus).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Project management and data governance / technology infrastructure understanding.
