Head of ML/AI Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow AI/ML org across ML Eng, ML Platform, Risk Data Science.
• Define AI/ML strategy; unify ML, GenAI, risk modeling, and platform.
• Partner with execs across product, eng, data, risk to identify AI value.
• Shape AI-native products with standards for eval, monitoring, governance.
• Lead ML platform tooling, guardrails, and deployment patterns for ease.
• Set goals and KPIs to measure AI/ML impact and report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading ML/AI/engineering/data science teams with customer-facing impact.
• Deep expertise in ML systems: GenAI, risk modeling, and production deployment.
• Strong software engineering and systems background; lead end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Experience scaling ML/AI organizations including ML Eng, ML Platform, Risk Data Scientists.
• Platform mindset; build tools, guardrails, and self-service for safe AI/ML.
• Executive-level strategic judgment; shape AI priorities and investments.
