🎯 Requirements

12+ years in fintech/financial services with Middle East leadership.
Proven P&L ownership and growth in a high-growth or scaling business.
Deep understanding of payments/banking/cross-border fintech in UAE/Saudi Arabia.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams across commercial and ops.
Experience navigating regulatory/licensing environments in the region.
Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
