  • Define strategic roadmap to expand Gulf marketplace seller base.
  • Improve local product selection by identifying gaps and regional brands.
  • Partner with central Marketplace teams for regional insights and tools.
  • Lead KA recruitment with category teams to scale partners.
  • Design end-to-end seller recruitment and onboarding for the Middle East.
  • Recruit international sellers, incl. Chinese seller initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in marketplace management, business development, or category leadership in e-commerce.
  • Track record of scaling seller ecosystems and managing high-value KAs.
  • Understanding of Gulf e-commerce landscape, consumer trends and seller behaviors.
  • Technical literacy to translate business requirements into product feature requests.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic mandatory.
