📋 Description

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, demand, content, lifecycle, partners, PR, and site
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, starting with two immediate hires and scaling
• Accelerate partner-driven growth with co-marketing programs and playbooks across key partners
• Design lifecycle campaigns to convert SMB fleet operators into activated, retained customers
• Establish AtoB's brand as the defining voice in fleet payments for growth and expansion
• Direct a marketing team that uses AI as a core multiplier with tools like Claude Code

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5+ years leading a function
• Hands-on, player/coach energy; able to write copy and present board-level strategy
• Proven track record building demand generation and lifecycle programs driving pipeline
• Experience marketing to SMBs, fleet operators, or other operational buyer personas
• Comfort operating in zero-bureaucracy, high-ownership environments
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor) and modern martech stack
