🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in marketing with 4+ in leadership (digital health preferred).
• Proven track record building marketing functions from early stage to scale.
• Deep product marketing with differentiated consumer messaging.
• Strong performance marketing across acquisition, activation, retention.
• Hands-on email and direct mail with segmentation and automation.
• Expert copywriting with a portfolio across formats and channels.
